A Continuous Transformational Journey!

IIG “Class Of”, A continuous transformational journey for me and I cannot wait to see what color butterfly I transform into.

Walking into IIG “Class Of” as an individual determined to learn, grow and better myself, not expecting the emotions, deep reaching and primary work it will take and the effect it will have within my personal being, my professional and personal relationships as well as my career trajectory alike. I did not expect the rapid pace of expansion that would take place. This program creates an atmosphere where committed individuals can recognize, acknowledge, and accomplish meaningful developmental change, seizing opportunities and problem solving in an increasingly reliant way.

I have become bolder and more confident in all my interactions and engagements within my professional realm as well as my personal relationships. I am able to network more confidently and purposefully engage, keeping in mind the brand I represent foremost “myself”, then the company I work for, the institute and industry I form a part of. Radiating my true authentic self has become a necessity and a pleasure. For me, it is important to be aware of the experience I leave with someone after our encounter. Asking myself; Did I leave them with a positive experience? Are they better or worse off after our engagement?

As a self-reliant and independent person accustomed to being in total control of the input vs the output expected, this opportunity has allowed me to develop a sense of belonging in a tribe, a team and encouraged me to feel good in letting go of the control I had gotten used to executing. Indeed, letting go offers me the freedom to be present and an active participant all while seeing the team, tribe as an entirety grow, learn and develop. I have this immense passion and need to see us, a unified tribe succeed, for everyone to reach and achieve those goals they have set out. Not only do I know others are capable and able, but this experience has also taught me that I can trust people. I can trust others in their capabilities and their ability to deliver.

Together, we can achieve Great Things! #LinkUP
