Riccardo Raciti – Ambassadorial marketing member
Riccardo started his career as a life insurance broker in Cape Town, where he gained first-hand experience on what it takes to be an intermediary. He later went on to work for a leading insurance media company for several years which enabled him to build a holistic view of the insurance industry and apply the skills he learnt after completing his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Brand Leadership and various digital marketing courses.
His passion for the insurance industry has recently seen him move to Gauteng from the mother city to take up the position as the brand manager at Oakhurst Insurance as well as join the IIG as an ambassodorial member.
Riccardo has travelled extensively and in addition to attending conferences overseas (his highlight being Uganda), he counts himself lucky enough to have attended two IIG International trips. These have taken him to London, Munich, Hong Kong and Singapore to visit large international brokerages, insurers and reinsurers.
In his spare time, Riccardo likes to go paddling, travelling, reading and spending time with his boisterous family.
