The Insurance Leadership Development Programme is the IIG’s flagship program, launched in 2016.
We have developed more than 200 leaders since the inception of the program, who continue to be trailblazers in their organisations, and change managers, adding value to the short term insurance industry.
The program is sponsored by Sasria, and hosted and delivered by Henley Business School. An online learning approach has since been adopted, with the opportunity to soon re-enter the classroom.
The program requires for the delegates to cover the spectrum of learnings that will equip them in their leadership with the academic, social, and critical thinking tools to excel.
