Education, being one of the four strategic pillars of the Institute, is fundamental to this. #YourIIG calendar has always included various educational events, and the CPD-accredited Insights seminars remain popular and over-subscribed.
We are proud to announce that we now offer CPD hours via the Financial Planning Institute of South Africa (FPI). To enhance your CPD journey, we have developed a portal called the IIG CPD Vault, which will also ensure that IIG members can secure a full record of their attendance from events, conveniently download all relevant certificates, and book for any upcoming educational events on our 2019 calendar.
With the implementation of the FSCA’s revised Fit & Proper requirements in Board Notice 194 of 2017, members have the opportunity to manage their CPD journey online and will be responsible for maintaining their training registers for recording-keeping purposes with the relevant financial services provider.
