The annual IIG Ladies Non-Golf Day sponsored by Glasfit took place on Friday the 3rd August 2018 at the Creek 9 Club in Randburg. It was yet another fitting way to continue our women’s month celebrations as lady golfers and non-golfers came together to enjoy a marvelous day in the Johannesburg sun and swing the golfing stereotypes to the greens!
The industry ladies again contributed towards the donation of dog/cat food and blankets as an entrance fee that will be given to an animal shelter chosen by our sponsor, Glasfit. No Ladies Non-Golf would be complete without the participants showing their fun and creative dress sense as all the ladies came dressed up in colourful and coordinated attire.
The energy levels amongst the players out on the course was great to watch and that was carried into the prize giving session where Glasfit continued to host the ladies with great food and networking. There were some exciting prizes for the taking.
The IIG Ladies Non-Golf Day has become synonymous with Glasfit who have been the sponsor of the event for over a decade and they pulled out all the stops yet again to ensure that the ladies were well looked after and had loads of golfing fun!
