This Henley programme is underpinned by a systems-thinking framework which allows you to view the business as an ecosystem, a series of interconnected parts that function collectively to create a profitable and sustainable business. Themes are not only covered theoretically but also incorporate Action Learning to enable you to test the theories created during the contact sessions. The focus of the programme is on enabling and aligning a large work group towards shared objectives, improving the organisations performance using a broader, more strategic view and leading a team at the middle management level.
All assessments are project-based and directly related to the delegates’ individual role within the organisation. In this way, the work environment effectively becomes the learning laboratory. Individuals (and groups) learn to learn as they apply theory to practice within their own context in their own roles whilst interacting with the key stakeholders within their area of control. In this way, the learning is sustained, and delegates continue to grow beyond the life of the programme, as they utilise the toolsets and models provided, relevant to this level.
