The Class of 2022 returned to the classroom at Constantia Insurance in May where a guest speaker Thulisile Makwala addressed the group over a period of two days in order to engage with each group separately. Thulisa spoke of her experiences during her Class of 2019 experience, the award she won and also spoke of her journey since that experience. The two groups found her: “so insightful”, “She is so courageous”, “Wow”, and “she is so authentic” are some of the comments that came through!
Thulisile, employed at Tracker, is an experienced administrator with a demonstrated history working in IT and the service industry. She holds a BCM from Lyceum college and a FETC: Short Term Insurance NQF level 4 from Octomate. With Trackers generosity and group support of this initiative within the IIG, they donated some goodies to the two groups, The Vela and Show Up Resolutes.
