The Insurance Institute of Gauteng (IIG) Night Golf 2026 brought together insurance professionals, industry partners, and golf enthusiasts for an unforgettable evening at Randpark Golf Club. With glowing fairways, great company, and plenty of friendly competition, the event was the perfect blend of networking, laughter, and sporting spirit.
As the sun set and the course came alive under the lights, players embraced the unique challenge of night golf. The atmosphere was buzzing from the first tee-off, with colleagues, clients, and industry friends enjoying the opportunity to connect outside of the office while competing for some impressive prizes.
Leading the field and taking top honours on the night was Malesela Maupa, whose outstanding performance secured 1st Place. Demonstrating skill and consistency throughout the round, Malesela proved to be the golfer to beat.
Putting in a strong challenge were Seelan Reddy and Cameron McLullich, who claimed 2nd Place after a strong showing on the course. Ryan de Menezes and Frikkie Visser rounded out the podium in 3rd Place, earning well-deserved recognition for their excellent performance and competitive spirit.
The evening also celebrated some exceptional individual moments. Sean Chianti showed pinpoint accuracy to win the Nearest to the Pin challenge on Hole 13, while Frikkie le Grange unleashed a monster shot to claim the Longest Drive prize on Hole 17.
Adding an extra layer of excitement were the interactive hole activations hosted by

- The Class of 2026 group – Vuka Vanguard who has an activation at Hole 13
- GIB & HDI at Hole 15,
- The Class of 2026 – Rialora at Hole 17
They kept the energy levels high and gave golfers even more reason to enjoy every stop along the course.
