Have you ever travelled overseas before and which is your favourite destination?
I’ve been very blessed to visit a few countries and must say Dublin and a little place north of Vilanculos, they are very different and both very special for very different reasons.
Why have you decided to join #IIGlobal2019?
To broaden my horizons and experience a once in a lifetime opportunity to see Silicone Valley and absorb the heritage of Washington.
If you had one travel tip for first-time travellers what would it be?
Don’t pack dry ice in your check in luggage no matter what your doctor says. I got taken into small rooms and searched at every airport on a trip to London, LA and Vegas a few years ago…
What are you looking forward to the most on this trip?
Learning and experiencing new things and running San Francisco at daybreak.
What is the one thing that you cannot travel without?
Running shoes.
If you could live in any other country where would you live?
Australia if I have too choose one but I’m a huge fan of our country.
What country has the best food?
All of them except China.
What is your least favourite thing about travelling?
Jetlag, I forget my own name.
How will u be putting the SA in the USA?
Hopefully with my usual enthusiasm and passion for people (see point above though….)
