The Insurance Leadership Development Programme – September Update

Spring is in the air!

It’s that time when everyone is filled with a renewed sense of optimism, we celebrate new beginnings and a refreshed energy for the last quarter of 2022.

This could not be more true for our 2022 ILDP delegates.

Our 2022 ILDP cohort is celebrated as the first with our new partner Henley Business School.

August saw our delegate complete their 4th study block, focusing on the areas of strategy and execution and insurance in the 4th industrial revolution- Innovation and technology.

Join me as we celebrate our 13 ILDP delegates, as they prepare for their 5th and final study block where they will deliver their Action Learning Program. This is a research (thesis) presentation that the groups will present where they will address a key item in the insurance landscape, and provide solutions for these burning issues.

Our delegates this year are:

Dylan Browne – OLD MUTUAL INSURE

Delphine Partridge – OLD MUTUAL INSURE

Bonginkosi Dlamini – OLD MUTUAL INSURE

This year we will be hosting an application evening, where attendees will be guided through the application process. If you are serious about your professional development, you are keen to enhance your leadership skills and build a network with your industry peers.

Thank you to our sponsor, Sasria, who have continued to sponsor 40% of the cost of this programme to develop our industry
